Please be advised that GTT Networks has scheduled maintenance for the USA, PoP-NYC2 (New York) on 2025-04-09, from 04:00:00 GMT to 10:00:00 GMT. During this maintenance window, services may experience a service interruption, with an expected duration of up to 30 minutes. This is considered a service-interrupting event.

 

In the event that any issues arise, a backup maintenance window has been set for 2025-04-10, from 04:00:00 GMT to 10:00:00 GMT, to address any unforeseen complications.

Our datacenter is going under renovations, and is upgrading there UPS Systems. 

They have rescheduled a old upgrade notice due for February 20, 2025, at 11:00 PM EST

We are reaching out to provide an important update regarding the planned maintenance window for migrating your load to our newly installed Eaton 9395P (N+1) UPS infrastructure. This transition has been rescheduled and is now set to take place on February 20, 2025, at 11:00 PM.

As previously communicated, a critical firmware upgrade to the new UPS system was required to ensure maximum resiliency and performance for your operations. This upgrade has now been successfully completed, allowing us to proceed with the migration as planned.

The Eaton 9395P UPS will provide enhanced redundancy and robust power protection, reinforcing our commitment to delivering a seamless and highly reliable data center experience. Our team will be closely monitoring the transition to ensure minimal disruption and optimal performance.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we complete this essential infrastructure enhancement.

Our datacenter provider will be upgrading there UPS Power systems which will impact all of our Miami systems. This impact will occur October 29th at 12:00 AM EST. Please see the attached thread for more information and open a ticket if any questions.

We are writing to inform you of a planned maintenance window that will involve a service-impacting operation. As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring the highest levels of performance and reliability within our data center, we will be migrating your load from our legacy UPS system to our newly installed Eaton 9395P (N+1) UPS infrastructure.

This upgrade is designed to enhance system resiliency and redundancy, ultimately providing more robust power protection for your critical operations. Unfortunately, there is no alternative method to perform this transition without a brief service interruption. Therefore, the cutover has been scheduled for October 29th at 12:00 AM. The process will be seamless, power interruption  is expected to be minimal, with an estimated duration of no more than five minutes.

Core Network Outage in Miami (Resolved) Critical

We are currently investigating a major outage on one of our core routers handling our network in Miami. A technician has been called from the Datacenter to investigate and potentially replace the switches at fault.

We've identified majority of the issue, we have sent a technician to look into it further and apply fixes.

Technician is on site, we our working on the issue currently.

The outage has been resolved. We will upgrading a few core switches in the future, stay tuned for maintenance when we do so.
