Technicians have further investigated light loss coming from our upstream, and will need to replace our transceiver and likely deliver a new cross connect.

Our Emergency on-site technicians have reported a core switch failure. Subsequent action to replace it with our on-site switch has not yielded any results. We are waiting on a secondary switch to replace the on-site and backup switches.
